Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
dash of ground nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 green onion piece (2 inch)
RITZ Crackers
Directions

MIX neufchâtel, pumpkin and spices in medium bowl until blended. Add nuts; mix well. Shape into ball.

 

USE wooden spoon handle to press indentations into cheese ball to resemble pumpkin as shown in photo.

 

INSERT onion piece into top of cheese ball.

 

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
